Children & Youth Experiencing Homelessness

Youth experiencing homelessness or lacking safe and stable housing have access to various resources offered through our youth anti-homeless programs.

Our comprehensive continuum of care supports youth with safety, shelter, food, and therapeutic interventions while we assist them through their crisis and work towards stable housing. Safe Place, Street Outreach Services (SOS), CrossRoads Drop-In Center and Emergency Shelter, BRIDGES Transitional Living Program, and Gerard House Maternity Group Home empower youth to set and achieve goals for safety and stability.
