STREET OUTREACH SERVICES

Street Outreach Services provides youth on the streets who are experiencing homelessness, have runaway, or are at risk of trafficking and exploitation with direct resources, crisis intervention, survival items, and access to emergency shelter.

Street Outreach Services bring “humanity to the streets” by providing basic necessities like food and clothing to youth who are experiencing homelessness or lacking safe and stable housing. Outreach staff work to build healthy relationships with youth so that they feel understood and supported through their crisis guiding them towards safety and stability.

Street Outreach Services provide referrals to mental health care, substance abuse treatment and counseling referrals using community resources. We also provide follow-up and after-care services to ensure continued support and stability.
