Bridges
Our transitional residential therapeutic care program BRIDGES (Building Responsibility and Independence, Development of Goals and Empowerment Skills) provides individual, wholly furnished apartments on the WCH campus for individuals aged 16-22 who are experiencing homelessness, are pregnant/parenting, are survivors of human trafficking, or residing in unsafe conditions.
About Bridges

Trauma-informed support is offered through educational and career planning and opportunities, substance abuse support to decrease the risk of relapse, assistance with transportation, supportive community living, mentorship, healthy relationships, grief counseling as they manage their losses and separations, and community support as they transition to independent living.
