Children & Youth Experiencing Human Trafficking

Child victims of human trafficking (labor or sex) receive services the moment they exit a trafficking situation and begin the complex process of healing.

WCH offers residential care programs for victims of human trafficking. Dakhil Safe Home, the state’s only staff-secure facility, provides residential and stabilization for newly exited victims (aged 17 and under). Garver Program provides long-term residential care for survivors and at-risk youth. Transitional living programs are available as survivors develop their sense of security and independence. Continuing outreach services, identifying high-risk individuals, trauma-informed counseling, and after-care services complete our continuum of care.
